Thomas' intensives really do facilitate a deepening of this profound self sensing capacity, that everyone possesses, whether or not they are aware of it yet. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who is interested in deepening their body-mind connection, and importantly, in acquiring tools and methods that will allow them to continue to do so.
