This course aims at muscle strength and calory burning while you train the entire body in a steady but intense workout regimen.

In this floor workout, you use props such as swiss balls, fusion balls, and elastic bands. While training in Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT)- and Pilates-based exercises, you focus on empowering the body as a whole. This total-body workout is excellent for people who want to start a healthier habit, but also for people who already work out and want to take it to the next level. The exercises focus on different muscle groups: core, upper body, lower body, and back.

Take the chance to work out in a fun way, and in the long run, you will gain the figure that you have always dreamed of.

I really enjoy the PBT class Rosalie teaches, as a ballet dancer the class has really opened my eyes in a new way to a lot of the classical ballet techniques that I have been practicing for years. Throught PBT and the instruction of Rosalie have gotten to know how my body moves in a new way and this has helped me improve my technique and practice ballet safely. Rosalie really takes the time to teach them so that you understand them, she is a good teacher. I have always had trouble with balance and pirouettes and the work we do at PBT have made me aware of what I can correct and work on and already I am seeing the difference in my other dance classes.

I have studied Fine Arts in Greece and I have a Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies and Advance 2 Certificate from Royal Academy of Dance (RAD). I have already successfully guided and trained students for different levels of RAD exams, through syllabus based and free enchantment lessons. I have also created and performed the choreography and guided my students with several classical dance performances. I have participated in Progressing Ballet Technique Junior, Senior & Advanced programs PBT by Marie Walton-Mahon workshop and trained student with this technique.
