De online les Ballet Barre van Lars volgt een klassieke barre opbouw. We gaan beginnen met zachte pliés om het hele lijf meteen vanaf begin te betrekken. Op een speelse en makkelijke manier gebruikt Lars complexe ballettechnieken in zijn les, passend bij het niveau van de cursist. We gaan werken aan je lijf voelen en gearticuleerd bewegen in de ruimte.

Deze cursus is geschikt voor de balletcursist die enigszins ervaring heeft met klassiek ballet en die zich tijdens de lockdown bewegend wilt houden. Het gaat hierbij om een online les die live gevolgd kan worden. Ook kun je de les terug kijken tot 7 dagen na lesdatum zodat je ook ervan kunt genieten als je het eens niet op tijd haalt, of je de les nog een of 5 keer wilt doen ;)

Hard werken en plezier dusdanig gecombineerd dat zelfs de pittigste oefeningen leuk worden.

Lars is in staat plezier en keihard werken dusdanig te combineren dat de les voorbij vliegt, maar je de dagen daarna aan de spierpijn voelt dat je toch echt wel heel veel gedaan hebt. Erg fijn!

An effective and fun way to sweat and stretch :) It was a lot of ballet exercises, so you need some ballet experience but Lars gave clear instructions. I also appreciated that he gave individual feedback and helped you with stretching just a bit more than you thought you could!

After graduating from Codarts Dance Academy, Lars has been working for three seasons with Meekers. He has danced in works by Arthur Rosenfeld, Andrea Boll, Jaakko Toivonen, André Gingras, Tabea Martin, Karolin Verlinden and Sabina Perry. He also worked with Douglas Bateman, Georg Reischl, and Nannine Linning. Currently, he dances in "Smart" by Jaakko Toivonen & Wies Bloemen from Danstheater AYA. Lars has also danced for TV shows, DJ Bobo's European tour, and has choreographed a music video for friend, and singer, Mellika Meskine. He is also a choreographer at Hogenbirk & Wettmann. His most current work for children 6+ 'Vertel Mij Wat' tours through the Netherlands with over 40 performances per season.
