We will start with finding the rhythm of breath and tuning into our mental and physical state. The class builds up going into more technical exercises, playing with different movement qualities and shifting of weight. It continues building up into a dynamic high-energy class with a lot of moving through space and exploring all levels and directions.
Dancers are encouraged to bring their own qualities, feel free and take risks.

Rosa is a contemporary dancer, dance maker and teacher based in Leiden. She graduated from the Fontys Dance Academy - Contemporary & Dance Theatre in 2013.
During and after her education she has worked for a number of companies and choreographers such as Dance Company De Stilte, Holland Opera, Isabelle Beernaert, De Nationale Opera, Vuur & Vlam Producties, La Fura Dels Baus, Groundbreakers, Truus Bronkhorst, Bruno Listopad and Piet Rogie.
She also creates her own work alone and in collaboration with other artists and art forms. Since 2017 she is working for Leiden based dance collective DansBlok.
