De balletles van Lars volgt een klassieke opbouw. We gaan beginnen met zachte pliés om het hele lijf meteen vanaf begin te betrekken. Er zal een barre en stretches zijn. Op een speelse en makkelijke manier gebruikt Lars complexe ballettechnieken in zijn les, passend bij het niveau van de cursist. We gaan werken aan je lijf voelen en gearticuleerd bewegen in de ruimte.

Deze workshop is geschikt voor de niet-beginnende balletcursist tot en met semi-professionele dansers.

Een hele fijne cursus waarbij je snel, energiek en leuk je techniek kan ontwikkelen. Nadat je hard hebt gewerkt ga je nog een tijd stretchen, wat je lenigheid erg vooruithelpt. Lars let goed op en geeft je altijd net die tip waardoor het een stuk beter gaat.

Korte en krachtige les, waardoor je na een wat rustiger zomer snel weer je oude niveau bereikt.

Fijn om ondanks een gemengde doelgroep toch op je eigen niveau te kunnen groeien binnen één les.

The amazing atmosphere during the lesson helped me to greatly improve myself, especially in terms of strength, stamina and flexibility. I would recommend any dancer to try this course, as it is super helpfull, challenging, yet fun

I loved this course. At times during certain exercises or after continuation of a lot of (heavy) exercises repeatedly I felt like quiting, but I never did. Because of your enthousiasm and because you are in the lessons as a group you push through. To my surprise I really noticed the difference quite quickly during other lessons. My strengths as well as my flexibility have greatly improved thanks to you and I am still working on improving even more!! Gotta love this class, haha

After graduating from Codarts Dance Academy, Lars has been working for three seasons with Meekers. He has danced in works by Arthur Rosenfeld, Andrea Boll, Jaakko Toivonen, André Gingras, Tabea Martin, Karolin Verlinden and Sabina Perry. He also worked with Douglas Bateman, Georg Reischl, and Nannine Linning. Currently, he dances in "Smart" by Jaakko Toivonen & Wies Bloemen from Danstheater AYA. Lars has also danced for TV shows, DJ Bobo's European tour, and has choreographed a music video for friend, and singer, Mellika Meskine. He is also a choreographer at Hogenbirk & Wettmann. His most current work for children 6+ 'Vertel Mij Wat' tours through the Netherlands with over 40 performances per season.
