Gain control of your body and learn how to express yourself through it with the help of classical ballet and the revolutionary Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT).
This course aims at muscle strength improvement, proper posture, coordination, and balance. The lessons consist of two parts.
In the first part, we will work on understanding the depth of training muscle memory in achieving your personal best in classical ballet. Exercises on the floor and props help you explore how to use the right muscles for the correct movement. We base our practice on Progressing Ballet Technique, an Australian revolutionary technique invented by Marie Walton-Mahon.
In the second part, you will apply your new knowledge, strength, and flexibility to learning classical dance combinations - and dance! Of course, you enjoy working with ballet music rhythms during both parts.
This course is aimed at beginning dancers without or little prior knowledge. Take the chance to learn the classic ballet technique in a modern and effective way. You will gain a posture and grace similar to an excellent ballet dancer in the long run, and all that will come in a fun and entertaining way. Don't wait to register for this fantastic opportunity today!
