Gain control of your body and learn how to express yourself through it with the help of classical ballet and the revolutionary Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT). This course aims at students who already have a ballet background and want to improve and understand the depth of training muscle memory to achieve their personal best in classical ballet. In Progressing Ballet Technique classes, each lesson consists of floor work using props such as swiss balls, fusion balls, and elastic bands. You will successfully use muscle memory to improve and understand core stability, weight placement, and alignment. You will feel which muscles initiate the correct alignment in ballet training, as the ball is continually moving under your body, giving you a sense of posture and weight–placement while feeling the right muscle group. The technique's founder has developed all exercises of this revolutionary method with a team of physiotherapists to target and improve specific ballet movements adequately. Take the chance to improve your ballet technique and work out with the new Australian Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) by Marie Walton-Mahon.
